What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do? The feedback from commercial clients regarding the level of service I give. How long have you been working in your field? 2001 –Current 15years. 6 years in personal lines, 9 years in commercial What’s your biggest accomplishment? Being financially stable enough to buy my first home in 2014 How does your education connect to your professional career? I studied Business in High school, and have taken classes to get certain designations. What about personal experiences? What are you complimented on most in your work? The time in which I turn things around. Who is your ideal client and why should they connect with you? One who somewhat understands their coverage’s that pertain to their business, the connection helps the service aspect. What are your hobbies? Reading, spending time with my kids, as they are my hobby.

1. What are you most passionate about professionally? Personally? 1. Professional – I’m passionate about making a difference in the insurance choices of my customers by educating them on the types of coverage's available for their needs. Even more important is making sure they understand the coverage's chosen. 2. Personally – I’m passionate about sports, mostly baseball and soccer. Sports have always been a big part of my life giving me perspecitve on individual acheivement and also the concept of teamwork and direction. 2. What would you do even if you didn’t get paid to do it? 1. Play Poker(Texas Hold’em) – I could play for days at a time 3. What are you surprisingly good at? 1. Cooking/grilling – I don’t make elabore dishes but watching my mom cook growing up allowed me to learn and be self sufficient. I enjoy controlling the ingredients in my food. 4. What’s the biggest proof that you’re good at what you do? 1. I’m invested and believe in the products that I sell. I do what’s best for the customer even when it’s not best for me or the bottom line. 5. How long have you been working in your field? 1. I’ve been in the sales and finance industry for 30 years. 6. What’s your biggest accomplishment? 1. I was the Front Office Manager for the Westin Cincinnati and I was chosen to help open a brand new hotel, The Westin Westminster, in Colorado and I was the lead trainer for all the Front Office Managers and Staff during this 3 week project. 7. How does your education connect to your professional career? What about personal experiences? 1. My education backgroud is business management which gives me a foundation for what I do however my personal experiences weigh more heavily on my career as I tend to work in jobs that affect my life. By doing this, I’m more invested and I’m able to share my personal experiences with my customers. 8. What problems do you consistently solve for your clients? 1. Understanding the different coverage's for insurance and how it applies to them.
